Product Demo with Alex

Thu, Mar 20 at 15:00 — Zoom

How it works

Three steps. Two minutes.

01
1

Connect Google Calendar

One-click OAuth. We only request permission to create events — nothing else.

02
2

Get your forwarding address

You get a unique address like calendar-yourteam@inboxprocess.com. That's where .ics emails go.

03
3

Forward an invite — or auto-forward all of them

Forward manually, or set up a Gmail/Outlook filter to auto-forward all .ics emails. Then it's fully hands-free.

Features

Built for this, and only this.

Timezone handling

Windows timezones, IANA timezones, UTC, floating times — we handle every format correctly.

Duplicate detection

Three-layer dedup: database check, calendar UID lookup, and title+time fallback. No double events.

Full event details

Title, date, time, location, description, and attendees — all extracted from the .ics file.

Works with everything

Calendly, Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, airlines, hotels — any app that sends .ics files.

Color mapping

Assign colors based on sender or subject prefix. Flights in blue, meetings in green — your rules.

Sender restrictions

Whitelist specific senders or domains. Only trusted sources can add events to your calendar.

Security & privacy

Your data, your rules.

No email storage

Your email content is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. Only the structured result — an event, a row, a message — is saved. The original email never touches our database.

AES-256-GCM encryption

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never see or store your password — only scoped OAuth 2.0 tokens with the minimum permissions needed.

Private AI processing

We use Anthropic’s Claude API to extract structured data from your emails. Your content is sent over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.3), processed in real-time, and never stored by the AI provider. Anthropic’s commercial API does not use your data for model training — ever.

You control access

Disconnect any service from your dashboard at any time. Revoke access from Google, Slack, or Notion settings — we respect it instantly.
